🔄 Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with European regulations and Spanish e-commerce legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), customers have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

The return processing fee is €4.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.
